Propeller Shaft
Vinmex design and manufacture propeller shafts and couplings in various materials up to a maximum of 350mm diameter to suit customer’s requirements. We machine the shafts in our custom-designed manufacturing facility using modern CNC lathes to ensure a highly accurate precision product. All shafts are precision machined and straightened to ensure smooth operation and minimizing the potential for vibration. Each shaft is individually inspected and issued with a quality control certificate.

Vinmex design and manufacture various Stern Tubes for use in Sterngear assemblies. As well as providing standard designs, Vinmex stern tubes can be made and supplied to any specification, from any material, for any vessel.

Propellers
Vinmex have developed a rapid design and manufacturing process which bypasses the need for a propeller pattern and allows the company to make the best propeller for the vessel, a custom designed one, at a lower cost.
Vinmex can supply the controllable pitch propeller and 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07 blades- fixed pitch
We combine with Teignbridge and Nakashima to produce the propeller.
